BDO assets guide

How to research BDO foreclosed properties

BDO publishes real estate assets for sale through its official Assets for Sale pages. Use BahayRadar as a discovery layer, then verify property details, contacts, forms, and requirements directly with BDO.

Find the same listing on BDO

BDO listings should be verified from the official real-estate results page or property detail page. Use BahayRadar as a shortcut, then match the official BDO record before inquiry.

  • Open BDO Real Estate Assets for Sale and keep the asset mode on sale, not lease.
  • Set Offer Type to Sale, choose the matching Location from the BahayRadar row, then narrow by Sale Type and Advertised Price when needed.
  • Match the BDO property code, address or city, property type, price, floor area, and lot area.
  • If BahayRadar provides an official property URL, open that page and verify the same property code before acting.

Verify contacts and documents

BDO lists its Property Management Unit and real-estate sales contact details on the official page. Prefer those channels over forwarded chat screenshots.

  • Use official BDO phone numbers and email addresses from the BDO website.
  • Download forms only from BDO pages or links that BDO provides.
  • Avoid paying reservation or processing fees to personal accounts without official written instructions.

Check financing and total cost

BDO also presents home-loan tools near its assets-for-sale content, but financing approval is separate from finding a property.

  • Compute monthly amortization separately from the advertised property price.
  • Budget for repairs, transfer costs, taxes, association dues, and inspection expenses.
  • Compare the BDO asset price with nearby resale and rental values before deciding.
