Terms for using BahayRadar
By using BahayRadar, you agree to use it as an independent discovery and research tool. Property decisions, inquiries, bids, payments, and documents must be verified and handled through official sources or qualified professionals.

Independent information service
BahayRadar is not a bank, government agency, broker, lender, payment processor, escrow service, legal adviser, or financial adviser. We index public-source information and link users back to official channels.
- A listing on BahayRadar is not an offer from BahayRadar to sell or lease property.
- BahayRadar does not guarantee availability, award, financing approval, title condition, possession, occupancy, or final transaction terms.
- Official source instructions override any indexed summary shown on BahayRadar.
User responsibility
You are responsible for checking source records, deadlines, documents, payment instructions, inspection rules, taxes, dues, repair risks, and legal issues before acting.
- Do not send money or personal documents to unofficial accounts or unverified intermediaries.
- Consult qualified professionals for legal, tax, engineering, appraisal, financing, and due diligence questions.
- Use the verification guides and official-source links as starting points, not final approvals.
Acceptable use
Do not use BahayRadar to mislead users, impersonate official sources, harvest data abusively, attack the service, bypass security controls, or submit false reports.
- We may block abusive access, suspicious automation, or behavior that harms service reliability.
- Advertisers are responsible for the truthfulness and legality of their ad creative if ads are enabled later.
- We may update these terms as the product adds alerts, accounts, advertising, or rental features.
Source content and intellectual property
BahayRadar owns its original site design, organization, software, editorial content, and property-type illustrations. Source listings, photos, logos, documents, and trademarks remain attributable to their respective owners; source photos are not publicly republished without documented permission.
- Do not imply that BahayRadar or a listed institution endorses your service.
- Rights holders may use the Data Sources & Rights process to identify affected material and provide supporting evidence.
- Removing an indexed copy does not alter the underlying official source record.
Service availability and changes
The service may be changed, interrupted, restricted, or discontinued, and indexed records may be corrected or removed without notice when needed for security, source integrity, legal compliance, or product operation.
- We do not promise uninterrupted access, complete source coverage, or permanent preservation of a listing page.
- Search order, filters, normalization, source support, and public features may change.
- Continued use after published terms are updated means the updated terms apply from their stated effective date, subject to applicable law.
Liability and remedies
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BahayRadar is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on stale or inaccurate source data, unofficial intermediaries, unavailable properties, failed bids, financing decisions, title or occupancy issues, or third-party sites.
- Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute should first be raised through the configured public contact so the specific concern can be reviewed.
